"Super friendly and welcoming staff! We just stopped by for a coffee, Thai tea, and some pancakes with yogurt and fruit — meant to be a little afternoon snack, but the portions were huge and we left totally stuffed. Everything was really tasty and the place has such a nice vibe. Totally recommend!"

"The best thai tea we had in 2 weeks in Thailand! If nothing else, you need to stop by and try the thai tea. I also had the wonton dumpling soup and my friend had the massaman curry and both were incredible. Well priced, perfect portion size, and friendly owners. Can’t ask for much more! Cash only and no AC, but they have fans so it wasn’t too hot. Also dropped some laundry off and was very happy! 50 baht per kilo for wash and dry and everything was returned folded very nicely. I would use their laundry service again."

"I loved it there. Came there every morning to start the day in this beautiful atmosphere. There are so many Breakfast and dinner options to choose from. I tried something different every day and every single dish was made with pure love and one could taste that. The owners are the sweetest. The laundry service was also really great. If I will ever be back in Chiang mai I will 100% be back at your place. Thank you so much for the lovely food and time."

"Genuinely one of the best meals I had in my two weeks of traveling Thailand and, without a doubt, the best Thai tea. I ordered the massaman curry and spent the rest of my trip thinking about it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine taste of Thailand at an affordable price. If you're having a hard time with the heat, just nite that the building does not have AC -- though the fans inside proved a pleasant breeze. They also run a very efficient and affordable laundry service. Best of both worlds"

"Best muesli in town! All the food is fantastic and cooked fresh. You can tell she only uses high quality ingredients to cook everything. All the food is a decent portion and filling! Smoothies and coffee are also great. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely place! It's run by a really nice lady and her friend. It's a great mix between Thai food options and more Western cultured dishes. The food is all freshly cooked and delicious! It was our go to breakfast place! And they also have two very cute cats"
